Magnaflow Self-Healing Pre-Painted Steel
Magnaflow is one of the popular choices of sheet metal there is. It is a hot-dipped zinc/aluminium/magnesium alloy coated steel coil with a 240gm/m2 coating weight. It has a corrosion resistant chromate conversion coating, a flexible corrosion resistant chromated primer, and a finishing coat of flexible exterior acrylic, polyester or modified polyester coating. Its wash coat is the standard Shadow Grey colour with gloss levels of 25% measured in accordance with ASTM D523-14. That being said, Magnaflow is available in other colours that can be viewed here.
Magnaflow is sought after throughout the industry for a variety of reasons, including its scratch resistance, impact resistance, and heat resistance. When bent around a diameter equal to five times the thickness of the sheet, there is no loss of paint adhesion, making this an excellent sheet metal for a variety of businesses and requirements throughout Brisbane.

Things like animal shelters and flashings would do well with Magnaflow sheet metal’s high performance and durability.
