ORDERING
To put through an order, simply choose one of the options below:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We are able to process your credit card details over the phone (this incurs a 1% surcharge). We can also provide our account details for direct deposits.

PICKUPS
Our dispatch pickup area is located at our office at 115 Crockford Street, Northgate QLD.
Vehicles need to comply with all legal load limits and be roadworthy. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle can carry roofing materials, rainwater products, guttering, or other large materials, call us. Our team will be able to assist you with solutions and managing your pickup needs.
Our Rollsec team members will happily assist with loading your vehicle. They are trained to handle roofing products without causing damage and can help load materials onto your vehicle securely. You will be responsible for securing the load, and provision of equipment to secure the load. Please note, Rollsec employees will NOT load vehicles which appear to be: unroadworthy, in breach of safety and transport laws, if the driver appears intoxicated or drug-affected, or if the vehicle cannot be safely loaded.
When picking up Rollsec products, all health and safety laws must be obeyed. Please ensure all safety requirements are upheld. Follow the directions of Rollsec team members when driving onto site. Beware of forklifts and other surrounding items. Children must be under supervision at all times and during the loading process should stay in the vehicle or remain a safe distance away. Smoking is not permitted on premises or in loading areas, it is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Please remain onsite during loading.
DELIVERIES
We deliver to a vast area across South East Queensland with daily deliveries covering Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich. Other areas are priced on application and locations include but are not limited to Toowoomba, Gympie, Maryborough, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Ballina and more.
We endeavour to have your materials delivered onsite as quickly as possible. For straightforward jobs including standard roofing and rainwater products, deliveries can be made within 24-48 hours of payment depending on the location, quantity and availability. Please note that all products and deliveries must be paid for in advance, prior to delivery.
We do not specify a delivery time. We are only able to specify a day of delivery. If we are unable to deliver your order on the appointed day, we will advise of an alternate delivery day as soon as possible.
Delivery is calculated based on lengths, quantities and delivery location. Our delivery costs are paid upfront during the order process.
The driver who delivers your roofing supplies will endeavour to place them in the most convenient and appropriate place available on the delivery site. You can include written instructions for deliveries during the order process or make a verbal request upon arrival. If someone isn’t immediately in sight to accept the order, the driver will attempt to announce their arrival. If the site is unattended, the driver will write down the time of delivery on your docket and take photos as proof of delivery.
Please note that our drivers will have to prioritise personal and public safety and their capability to access the delivery site. They will also unload in an area that will allow them to minimise damage to products or any surrounding infrastructure. These considerations will usually depend on the size and type of roofing supplies being delivered. Roofing supplies delivered to residential properties usually unload out the front. This is usually the most practical option due to the size of the delivery vehicle and limited access to other parts of the property.

HANDLING & MAINTENANCE
All products should be handled with care at all times to preserve the product capabilities and quality of finish. Cut resistant or leather gloves should be worn when handling products. Foot protection should be worn when transporting/installing products.
Prior to installation, materials must be kept clean and dry and stored above ground level while on site. Ensuring that sheeting packs are covered, air flow is adequate to eliminate condensation, and water is not allowed to pond. If the products have become wet, they should be separated, wiped and placed in the open air to promote drying.
Roofing and Rainwater materials that are not exposed to rainfall should be washed down at least once every six months (more often in marine environments) to remove build-up of corrosive elements.

Rollsec cannot warrant or accept any responsibility for material damage by others on any product, once removed from our premises. This includes any external treatments or other applications outside the limitations of this brochure.
